The vacancy notices are arranged chronologically and by year. They have been kept in the same order as when they were transferred from the EMBL Human Resources department. However, it appears that EMBL Human Resources would file more recent vacancy notices together with the original post opening vacancy notice, meaning that documents created at a later date than the one indicated on a folder will be included under that year.
Box 98 contains notices from 1973 to 1977.
Box 99 contains notices from 1978 to 1981.
Box 100 contains notices from 1982 to 1983.
Box 101 contains notices from 1984 to 1985.
Box 102 contains notices from 1986.
Box 103 contains notices from 1987, 1988 and 1989.
Box 105 contains notices from 1990, 1991 and 1992.
Box 106 contains notices from 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996.
Box 107 contains notices from 1997, 1998 and 1999.
Box 108 contains notices from 2000 and 2001.
Box 109 contains notices from 2002 as well as miscellaneous documents relating to job vacancies.
