This item is a draft print of the statue of the letter G that Keith Williamson offered to EMBL as a parting gift upon his retirement in 2015. The statue is located at EMBL in Heidelberg. Alongside the initials of the Advanced Training Centre (ATC), the G represents guanine when A, T and C stand for adenine, thymine and cytosine respectively, forming the four nucleobases of DNA.

This fonds holds personal items donated by Keith Williamson, former Administrative Director of EMBL.
